SAFETY COMES FIRST
Our technicians are part of our family. We want to keep them healthy and safe too. To limit exposing themselves or your family to contagious germs, they are trained to take special precautions.
- They will keep a safe physical distance and minimize interactions with you.
- They will wear protective gear that may include gloves, safety glasses, masks, and shoe coverings while in your home.
- They will wash hands regularly, especially before and after each service.
- They clean all equipment in between each use and sanitize it at the end of each day.
HOW OUR SANITIZING SERVICES WORK
At the start of your appointment, a certified technician will inspect the spots in your home where germs like to be. This is a great time to let the technician know of any areas that you know need to be sanitized. The technician will also determine which areas are High Touch Areas or Low Touch Areas to know the best way to sanitize everything.
High Touch Areas can include:
- Door handles and knobs
- Light switches
- Refrigerator door handles
- Stair rails
- Any other similar areas
Low Touch Areas include:
- Carpets, area rugs, and upholstery
- Hardwood, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl tile floors
- Stone, Tile & Grout surfaces
The technician will begin by clearing visible dirt and debris from the areas that need to be sanitized. This may include vacuuming, sweeping, or wiping at no extra cost.
High Touch Areas will then be sanitized by spritzing a mist of sanitizer and wiping as needed.
Low Touch Areas Will be sanitized using a sprayer. We use a sprayer because it covers the area with the right amount of our sanitizer to be effective and dry quickly.
Sanitizers often require Dwell Time. This is because the solution needs to sit on the surface over a short period of time to remove all the germs as it can. Our technicians are fully trained in sanitizing so your home will be as healthy as possible.
